Easy to make and a true show stopper. In this recipe, we use solft light brown sugar instead of white sugar to give an extra caramalised taste - which goes great with cooked banana. This also helps the loaf to be more moist. Because no-one wants dry banana bread. This also helps it to stay fresh tasting for up to 3 days at room temperature!
